The New York State Office of Persons with Developmental Disabilities

​

All applicants must meet OPWDD eligibility criteria in order to apply for these services. Individuals who are seeking services for the first time or who are interested in modifying current services must use the Front Door Process. The Front Door Process guides an individual through eligibility determination, assessment, and identification of service needs, service authorization and implementation. To learn more about the Front Door visit the OPWDD website.

 

These programs are funded through The New York State office of Persons with Developmental Disabilities and administered through the local office Metro NY Developmental Disabilities Service Office – Bronx (718) 430-0752.
