During that time, I have supported parents in educating their children academically, socially and emotionally to enhance their quality of life. The New York State Office of Persons with Developmental Disabilities
All applicants must meet OPWDD eligibility criteria in order to apply for these services. Individuals who are seeking services for the first time or who are interested in modifying current services must use the Front Door Process. The Front Door Process guides an individual through eligibility determination, assessment, and identification of service needs, service authorization and implementation.
