ACADEMIC PROGRAMS

 

Our instruction follows an academic sequence based on the New York State Common Core Learning Standards. Instructional strategies are individualized to build on students' strengths and meet their developmental needs. This strengths-based approach supports strategies that foster independent learning skills.  

 

Parents are our most important partners. They are integral members of the child's instructional team, participating in educational planning, goal setting, and reviews of their child’s progress.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

​

P176X is offering an extra-curricular based After School Program. Students will learn through enjoyable activities. In after school students are  provided with a healthy snack. The After School Program hours are 2:51pm-4:30pm.

 

Please note that OUR AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM DOES NOT PROVIDE BUSSING. All participating student's MUST be picked up by a parent/guardian.

SWIMMING PROGRAM

P176x is pleased to announce the start of our Swimming Program. Truman High School's renovation of their swimming pools is complete and is available for our students during the Chapter 683 program and 25-26 School Year.

​

Being that this is a shared facility across our campus there will be limited sessions available.

 

Keep in mind that this program will maintain all safety and hygiene standards set forth by the New York State Department of Health.
